Lund University Agenda 2030 Award Ceremony 2026 – Sustainable food and research
Join us for a lunch-time event celebrating sustainability research and sustainable food in practice. Anna Stubbendorff is the recipient of the 2026 Lund University Agenda 2030 Award, recognised for research showing that climate-friendly diets benefit both the environment and long-term health. Zhiyong Wu and Niklas Warlin have each received an honourable mention.
A sustainable lunch will be served in the spirit of the EAT‑Lancet diet — the type of climate-friendly eating that Anna Stubbendorff has researched. The topic often sparks strong interest and important questions, so we are also setting aside time for discussion. Anna will stay after the ceremony for an extended Q&A, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and continue the conversation.
During the ceremony, Anna will give a short presentation. Zhiyong Wu and Niklas Warlin will also take part, answering a couple of questions about their respective research.

The award includes a prize of 25,000 SEK and is presented annually during Sustainability Week. The award is made possible through the support of Duni Group.
