We will explore key trends s haping the future job market and discuss how individuals can navigate chan ge while seeking work that feels both meaningful for themselves and useful for the world.The workshop combines short inputs with practical reflectio n exercises. You will be invited to reflect on how global trends may affec t your field\, what skills and competencies may become increasingly import ant\, and how your own values can guide future career choices. No prior kn owledge is required.The session does not aim to provide ready-made answers \, but to create space for reflection and new questions.
