 e future. Global trends such as the green transition\, digitalisation\, an
 d social change are reshaping the labour market\, but they also raise deep
 er questions about meaning\, values\, and how we want to live and work.Thi
 s interactive workshop invites participants to reflect on sustainability i
 n relation to their current or future career. We will explore key trends s
 haping the future job market and discuss how individuals can navigate chan
 ge while seeking work that feels both meaningful for themselves and useful
  for the world.The workshop combines short inputs with practical reflectio
 n exercises. You will be invited to reflect on how global trends may affec
 t your field\, what skills and competencies may become increasingly import
 ant\, and how your own values can guide future career choices. No prior kn
 owledge is required.The session does not aim to provide ready-made answers
 \, but to create space for reflection and new questions. You are encourage
 d to leave with at least one insight that stays with you beyond the worksh
 op.Workshop facilitator&nbsp\;The workshop is facilitated by Elin Holgerss
 on\, study and career counsellor at the Department of Psychology at Lund U
 niversity\, with a background in psychology and a strong interest in susta
 inability\, green guidance\, and the future of work.&nbsp\;Practical infor
 mationThe workshop is open to anyone interested in reflecting on sustainab
 ility and career\, whether you are a student\, professional\, or simply cu
 rious about the future of work.No pre-registration or prior experience is 
 required. Please bring a pen and notebook for writing down reflections.&nb
 sp\;The event is part of Sustainability Week 2026\, which runs between 13-
 18 April.&nbsp\;Sustainability Week is an annual event in Lund organised a
 s a joint venture by Lund University and Lund municipality. The week serve
 s as a platform for bringing together ideas\, raising public awareness and
