Climate change affects increasingly ecosystems\, weather patterns and li ving conditions across the globe. Addressing the climate challenge demands coordinated action across sectors\, combining scientific insight with tec hnological innovation\, policy measures and broad societal engagement\, an d comes with multiple benefits and increasing sustainability.This seminar focuses on the insights and progress gained in the last ten years. How muc h has the climate system changed to date and where are we headed with toda ys decisions and efforts on climate mitigation\, adaptation\, resilience? How can technologies such as CCS help achieve effective and just climate c hange mitigation?
